Prior to 2023, the PEDBIKE Software required a valid Activation Code when activating the software. Since each computer produces a different computer footprint, each installation requires a different activation code for activation to succeed.

Q: How do I remove/deactivate the software on my computer so I can reuse this license/activation again?
•Log into your account at: https://frsi.ca/acen/login.aspx
•Navigate to "Manage Licenses," "Software/Product Name"
•Select the " - " to the left of the license information (codes) you are trying to recover.
•The following screen will appear once you select the " - " icon.
•Here, you will need to enter the "Removal Code" which is displayed on your screen during the removal process.
