Prior to 2023, the PEDBIKE Software required a valid Activation Code when activating the software. Since each computer produces a different computer footprint, each installation requires a different activation code for activation to succeed.

Q: Why does my software become LOCKED or why is it looking for a new activation code?
•The main reason the software will lock is due to the software validation period being expired or there have been too many changes made to the computer such as; BIOS update, change in Hard Drive, Etc.
•If changes have been made to your computer, you may be required to log into your account at the software activation site and enter the new Site & MID Codes displayed on your computer screen. As long as this is being done on the original computer, a new activation code will be generated. However, if this is being done on a different computer, no activation code will be generated. At this point, you will need to contact us for assistance.
