Software Online Deactivation

To successfully deactivate  your software, you will need to visit our new Online Activation Center located at http://activate.frsi.ca .

During the deactivation process, you need to re-enter your original activation code that was used to activate your software. You can retrieve this information (send yourself an email message) from the Activation Center after you sign into your account, or check under the Pedbike License Menu as it may be displayed there depending upon which software build you are using.

 After you have successfully deactivated the software, you will have a new license to activate the software on a new computer.

Important Notes:

• Removing the software via the Control Panel does NOT deactivate the software.
• You will need to re-enter your original activation code during this process.
• FRSI will not provide any new activation codes until we have received the removal code from you.
